My Coaching Story

It started with a collage.

Although, if I’m honest, it probably started long before that.

It began during my years of volunteering with the Junior League, where I experienced the mission of developing the potential of women in a very real and personal way. I met incredible women who were committed to growth, service, and lifting each other up—and that stayed with me.

Later, during a conversation with my own career coach, I was asked what I wanted most from my career. As a creative person, I decided to answer her visually.

The Visualization

At first, it reflected what I already knew: I wanted meaningful work, strong collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute through exciting projects.

But as I looked at it more closely, something deeper emerged—an unmistakable thread around supporting women and dedicating more of my work to that purpose.

My Turning Point

That realization became a turning point.

So, I went back to the classroom—something I never imagined doing after completing my MBA—to study coaching and learn how to formally support others in their growth and development.

That decision eventually led me here: combining my professional experience, leadership background, and passion for women’s development into coaching work that helps high-achieving women step more fully into who they are becoming.

"I’ve been working with Kate for several months, and what stands out most is the level of care and dedication she brings to her coaching. She genuinely cares about her clients — especially supporting women in their growth — and brings a real desire to use her skills to help you move forward in your specific situation, whether in life or work. Kate creates a space of trust and attentiveness. She listens deeply, remembers what you share, and follows up thoughtfully, which makes every session feel continuous and highly personal. At the same time, she brings strong professionalism grounded in International Coaching Federation, combined with her background as an experienced executive in marketing. This mix allows her to balance empathy with structure and real-world perspective."
